My Goal in life and efforts to reach that GOAL!!

My father is successful enough to expand his startup business in the territory of Maharashtra now it’s my time to take charge of the same. My goal and future plans is to contribute to his business is by making this business grow national and international. I know there are many strict norms and standards that need to be met if any one wish to expand national and international and I have properly planned my future years so that when I enter my business it will help the business to grow soon

I have completed my graduation in international business which helps me in knowing about how business can be done internationally. Which are the different scheme by govt. to support private business to go global. Which are the export promotion council in India and lot of other valuable knowledge I gained from my graduation course.

Then I pursued a post graduate degree in management marketing streams keeping in mind the inclination towards consumer behavior and analysis. To get more exposure in retail I did my summer training with one of the leading retail chain PROMART RETAIL discount format retail store operating nationally there I was in charge of 2 projects assigned to me

1. Major reason for loss of sale at the store

2. Future of denim market in India

As both of the project were directly related to retail and clothing industry I was really happy working on it and gained lot of knowledge

Post that I even did part time job with Future group to get more understanding about retail. I was working for mall management and marketing. Got good experience as in how a brand is to be roped in for a new mall and the promotional activities are to be placed, how the footfall has to raised etc...

Lastly after seeing my passion in retail and dedication I got placed via campus in PANTALOONS FASHION & RETAIL LTD. I am really happy that my efforts paid off I got a retail sector and especially in to clothing section I am really motivated to work with pantaloons’ as of now for 4 – 5 years and take a good rich experience with me of the same industry and join my business and help my business to grow global and international.
